The release date of Ajith's upcoming film 'Billa 2' is been pushed to June from May end to the disappointment of 'Thala' fans.

The makers of the film has made an announcement recently that the film's release will be postponed further pushing it to the month of June. It was earlier announced that the film would be released in May 25 but due to some reasons the film is pushed to June but the exact date is not announced.

The postponement, sources say, is due to the ongoing strike by the workers union FEFSI as the few parts of the film is yet to complete and the makers are also expecting that the strike would affect the postproduction work also.

The FEFSI has called for an indefinite strike from today that they have extended it to the postproduction works also this time.

'Billa 2' has Ajith, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Prabhu and Rahman in the lead and Chakri Toleti is directing the film. Yuvan is scoring the music.
