Director Shankar has decided to produce a tamil film again. A source confirms that lately Director has been doing the talks with Rajamurugan – a debutant. 

Director Shankar is also an ace producer having produced blockbusters like Kaadhal, Imsai Arasan 23aam Pulikesi, Eeram and Veyyil. His production ventures are an effort to give a strong foothold for talented filmmakers wanting to strike it big in the film industry. However, after 2009, the director-producer did not produce any film under his banner S Pictures as he was busy with big budget projects like Endhiran and Nanban.

Now the news is that Shankar after listening to his script, he has decided to produce the film. His last venture as a producer was Ananathapurathu Veedu, which was quiet a hit.  Thoroughly pleased with the script that debutant Rajamurugan had come up with, Shankar has decided to produce the venture, say sources. We can expect an announcement regarding this film very soon.

The fact everyone is aware of is that, being a producer, his films have gained huge box office collection. His own Mudhalvan, then Kaadhal, Veyil and Eeram are still being favorites among the audience. Now hope the same repeats and the movie gets a hit. Anyways, good luck the new director and Shankar
