After enjoying the success of lately released 'Podaa Podi', Simbu aka STR is back to the sets of his Vaalu with Hansika and Santhanam.

Debutant Vijay Chandar is directing Vaalu and the unit is keen to release the movie for Pongal 2012. The firstlook posters released earlier grabbed the viewers attention, and the recently hit 'Podaa Podi' has raised the audiences expectations on this Simbu starrer.

Vaalu crew consists of script and direction by Vijay Chandar, cinematography by Shathi, music by Thaman under the Nic Arts production house by SS Chakravathy.
