Mundhanai Mudichu is a yesteryear super hit film which had Bhagyaraj and Oorvasi in the lead roles. Now the Part 2 of this film is being produced.

Comedy and character actor Jeeva is donning the lead role for the first time. Rashmi Gowtham is pairing with Jeeva.

Bhagyaraj and Oorvasi are donning the role of Jeeva’s parents. Pandiarajan and Santhanam are donning important roles in this film. The film which is being produced by Ramesh is to be directed by Sriram Padmanabhan who had earlier directed film Doo.

C R Maravarman is handling the camera while Abhishek is composing the music. Lyricists Vaali and Na Muthukumar have penned the lyrics for this film. The shooting of this film which is titled Mappillai Vinayagar is taking place in Karaikudi.
