Comedy Star Santhanam’s maiden production venture "Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya" with Power Star Srinivasan, slated for a Pongal Release now has a new challenge.
The story line seems to have strong resemblances to K Bhagyaraj’s memorable 1981 hit "Indru Poi Naalai Vaa". The storyline of this hit of three men courting the same lady and the events around it comically told in the director’s inimitable style.

"Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya" is supposed to have the same story line. Director K Bhagyaraj had plans to make to this movie with his upcoming actor son, is now disappointed and may pursue legal course. There are rumors to both counts, that he does not want to embarrass Red Giants Udhayanidhi Stalin who is releasing the movie and also, that he has already filed a complaint claiming damages.
