Karthi ‘samathu boy’ in 'All in All Azhagu Raja'

The director says, “He will essay the role of a very good boy in the film. The character (Azhagu Raja) will be liked by everybody. He will be an obedient son to his parents, a truthful boyfriend and a helpful friend. He doesn’t even utter any harsh words!”
Is this a conscious attempt to portray Karthi in a positive role? He says, “In his past few films, Karthi has been playing roles with negative shades. Audience will get to see a refreshingly new Karthi as Azhagu Raja. It’s not a city script but will showcase the life of a good guy in rural areas of TN. We will be shooting in places like Karaikudi and Kumbakonam. The shoot will commence from February.”
Meanwhile, the director is also busy penning dialogues for his associate director’s debut film with Sivakarthikeyan, which has recently kickstarted in Theni.
