A few sources from Kolllywood abuzz that director SS Rajamouli would cast Prashanth as the male lead in his first direct Tamil film. Another interesting bit of news is that Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor might be signed as the female lead.
The film, which is in its budding stages is, expected to take off once after Rajamouli's current project 'Bahubali' starring Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Rana Daggubati, and the recently proposed film with Mahesh Babu is complete.
Well, the news seems to be interesting, but we will have to wait for the official confirmations to surface. It this project goes on floor, it would be the perfect relaunch pad for Prashanth in Kollywood.
