Vijay's 'Thalaivaa' crew flying to Oman for shoot

But things have changed. The director has chosen a new location, Sultanate (Oman).
A 74 member crew will be flying to Oman for a 36 day shoot in the Sultanate. Important portions of the movie are expected to be shot in this period.
A songs will be shot in one of the grandest hotels in the country. A fight sequence containing 20 Oman nationals is going to be shot in a factory there.
With the first schedule of the movie being completed in Mumbai and the second schedule likely to go in break-neck speed “Thalaivaa” can be expected for a May-June release.
Thalaivaa produced by Sri Mishri productions has Vijay playing the lead and Santhanam and Rajeev pillai in important roles. Nirav Shah handles the camera while Anthony Gonsalves handles the editing department. With the title being a huge hit among the fans the movie is expected to be a cracker of a summer release.
