Soodhu Kavvum is an upcoming Indian Tamil film directed by debutant Nalan Kumarasamy of Naalaya Iyakunar fame.

It features Vijay Sethupathi and Sanchita Shetty in the lead roles. This film is set for release on May 3rd.

In this flick Vijay Sethupati is playing a peculiar 40 year person role in Soodhu Kavvum. Radha Ravi, Karunakaran and Bhaskar are playing the supporting roles. C.V.Kumar produced this movie under Thirukumaran Entertainments. The audio launch was held yesterday in Chennai and songs are composed by Santhosh Narayanan of Pizza fame.

Tamilnadu theatrical rights of Soodhu Kavvum were sold out to Studio 9 and Abi & Abi. Producer Prabhu from Studio Green shared this news through a micro blogging site. He tweeted, “StudioGreen2 #Thirukumaran Entertainment #Soodhu Kavvum Tamilnadu theatrical rights sold to #Studio9, #Abi&Abi ...!”
