Sivakarthikeyan seems to have refused to give call-sheet to Udhayanidhi. Sivakarthikeyan, who has had tremendous welcome among Tamil cine fans, debuted in Tamil cine field through ‘Marina’ directed by Pandiraj.

Tamil film industry is one of the most unpredictable industries in the country. Nobody can predict as to who would be where in this industry. Sivakarthikeyan, the television anchor-turned-actor who was a largely unknown entity till early last year, has become one of the busiest heroes with a string of hits in the form of Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, Ethir Neechal and Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam.

Dhanush and Sivakarthikeyan teamed up for movie ‘3’ and from then, both have been thick friends. That was the reason why Dhanush made Sivakarthikeyan the hero for movie ‘Ethir Neechal’.

Sivakarthikeyan received a certain amount for the movie, and his salary touched a crore as he did ‘Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’. Sivakarthikeyan received two crore for ‘Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam’.

Reports say that taking full advantage of the craze among film-makers to sign him up in their movies, Sivakarthikeyan has hiked his fee to Rs.5 crore per film. However, the lanky hero refuses this and says that he only takes what is offered to him by the producer and doesn’t bargain for any particular amount as his fee.

It is said that Udhayanidhi approached Sivakarthikeyan to play the lead role in a film to be produced by him and approached Sivakarthikeyan for call-sheet. Sivakarthikeyan demanded four crore, and Udhayanidhi said that it is not possible. Thus, the negotiation dragged on.

Finally, Udhayanidhi agreed to pay two crore. Sivakarthikeyan said no and turned down the offer.

Udhayanidhi was ready to pay Rs.2 crores but it is said that Sivakarthikeyan had firmly told him that he won’t accept the film offer if the fee is less than Rs.4 crore. Due to the fee issue, it appears that Udhayanidhi is looking for another hero.
