Today (Nov 15) is a public holiday due to Muharram. It is the first big weekend after Diwali, and there are multiple releases in all languages. Among the Diwali releases only Arrambam and Pandiya Nadu have managed to stay on.

All the three Tamil films for some strange reasons released on Thursday (Nov 14). They are Pizza 2-Villa, Appile Penne and Ravana Desam.

The big Hindi release of the week is Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Rama-Leela. The Telugu big release is Masala and in Malayalam there is Mohanlal's Geethanjali.

There are two English releases this week Thor : The Dark World and Insidious : Chapter 2.
