CV Kumar's Thirukumaran Entertainments Pizza 2, Kalaimani directed Apple Penne and New Empire Celluloids' Ravana Desam is all set to entertain Tamil cinema lovers this Childrens Day weekend.

Debutant director Deepan Chakravarthy's Pizza 2: Villa casts Ashok Selvan, Sanchita Shetty and Nassar in the leads with Santosh Narayanan's music. Whereas Manisharma composed Apple Penne features Vatsan Chakravarthy of Vijay's Thalapathi Anthem and Engeyum Eppothum beside Aishwarya Menon.

Written, directed and acted by Ajay Nuthakki, Ravanadesam casts Jennifer, Allu Ramesh, Santhosh, Koutalya, Bharathi Rao, Serisha and Prabhakar. R. Sivan has composed Ravanadesam music while cinematography is by VK Ramraj, editing by Karthika Srinivas and art by PS Varman among the crew.

This is a rare childrens day treat from Kollywood filmmakers, as Pizza 2: Villa and Apple Penne releasing this 14th November are thriller stories and Ravandesam is about refugees. However, makers are confident on their films and waiting for audience reviews.
