After playing action roles in Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu and Thiruthani, Bharath will be playing the lead in an out-and-out comedy entertainer. He will be paired opposite Atta Kathi Nandita in it.

The actor says, “We will go on floors with the film from January. This is the first time I will be doing a film in the comical genre; it’s a new playground for me. The film is being directed by Ravichandran, an associate of Boopathy Pandian.”

Meanwhile, Bharath is simultaneously shooting for two more films — Koothara in Malayalam, and another yet-to-be-titled Tamil film with Sathyaraj,which is being directed by Senthil Kumar.
