Chimbudeven is in the news for his signing up an Ilayathalapathy Vijay film. On the professional front he has completed Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavaanikalum (OKMK).

OKOM is a comedy entertainer and has Arulnithi, Bindu Madhavi, Ashrita Shetty and Bagavathi Perumal in the lead. Actors Nasser, M S Bhaskar, Ilavarusu and Jayaprakash are also part of the film. A new music director Sankaran Natarajan is providing the tunes with Kathir handling the camera.

Director Chimbudeven said: "OKMK is a romantic comedy entertainer. It will have all the essentials of a Chimbudevan film and satisfy the family audience." JSK Film Corporation will be distributing the film sometime in February.
