Director Pandiraj has an eye for the unconventional. His debut movie Pasanga brought home three National Awards, with one for himself.

He introduced Siva Karthikeyan, a popular television anchor then, in Marina. He followed it with one of 2013's super hits Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, which elevated Siva Karthikeyan as a star. Then, he distributed the critically acclaimed Moodar Koodam. And, he did it again – this time, even before his movie’s release, for pairing up STR and Nayanthara in his next movie.

Yesterday, a snap from the movie featuring the stars was released, and it was an instant hit in the social media. The snap – Nayanthara laughing uncontrollably and STR grinning – exhibited the sizzling magic the lead actors created on screen.
