Vijay's 'I’m very happy' rocks in 'Jilla'
The much awaited trailer of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Jilla has been released for the fans. The film starring Vijay, Kajal Aggarwal and Mohanlal in the lead is set to hit the screen for Pongal on January 10. Earlier, three 10 second teasers were released, which had garner more than million views in quick time and raising the expectations for the film.
The 1 minute 46 second trailer begins with an intro music, followed by the introductions of Vijay and Mohanlal. While Vijay appears from the shadows, Mohanlal’s intro is more chromatic and royal. Welcoming the Malayalam star with Chenda Melam looks apt and adds to his majestic appearance.
The trailer promises lot of action and comedy. Vijay also seems to have contributed extensively to the humour and his delivering of Goundamani’s famous “I’m very happy” dialogue appears to have struck a chord with the fans. With Parotta Soori, Madhumitha and Vidyullekha Raman in the ensemble, Jilla appears to be a laughter ride.
On the other hand, Vijay has done some extraordinary stunts and the cinema hall for sure will resound with whistles and cheers. On the whole, the trailer of Jilla promises a wholesome commercial entertainer and a sumptuous one at that, for this Pongal.
Produced by RB Choudary under the banner Super Good Films, the film has music by D Imman. Jilla has Vijay, Mollywood star Mohanlal and Kajal Agarwal in lead roles with Mahath playing Vijay's brother character and Soori taking up the comedy role. It is an action drama film in which Mohanlal and Vijay appear in father-son roles.
With trailer revealing that Soori would seen as a police constable, the fans are gearing up to see Vijay as a police office in the action flick. The Vijay starrer releases on January 10 for Pongal taking on Ajith's 'Veeram' at the Box Office.
