KollyInsider has earlier reported to its viewers that Ilayathalapathy Vijay may act in the direction of Sasikumar of Subramaniapuram fame.

Now, the director has clarified on the project and said that the discussions are in progress currently although nothing has been finalized yet. The actor cum director turned producer says both he and Vijay are presently busy with their respective films and the duo will team up, once they finish their prior commitments.

For now, Sasikumar is set to join the shoot schedules of ace director Bala's project Karagattam which stars Varalakshmi Sarathkumar as the lead lady. On the other hand, Vijay who is shooting for AR Murugadoss movie, has a bunch of films including Chimbudevan's directorial in the pipeline.
