Now the million dollar question is who will reprise the role of protagonist's wife which was done brilliantly by Meena in Malayalam?

Initially rumours were doing the rounds that Meena herself will do the role in Tamil, but now we hear that she is no longer in the running.

There are reports stating that Nadiya and Simran were approached for another important female role of a cop done by Asha Sharat in Malayalam.
