The release date Rajinikanth's Kochadaiiyaan keeps changing . It has been once again been postponed from the announced date of April 11.The new release date, the producers are talking about is May 1.

Dr. Murali Manohar of Mediaone Global Entertainment, one of the producers of the film said : " Please note Kochadaiiyaan is being released simultaneously in six languages and the post-production work takes time. We are looking at a new date, most likely May 1. The censoring of Kochadaiiyaan has been done only in Tamil, the other languages is not yet done."

Meanwhile Amitabh Bachchan will be launching Kochadaiiyaan Hindi trailer at Cinemax in Mumbai today (March 30) evening. The event will be live streamed on Eros Now website on 30 March from 8.30 pm IST onwards
Amitabh Bachchan tweeted : " Launching first look of dear family friend, colleague and admirer of Rajnikanth, tonight, of his film ‘KOCHADAIYAN’ at Cinemax."
