Recently, Vijay Sethupathy had back to back releases in Rummy and Pannaiyarum Padminium which released in a week's gap.

Vijay Sethupathy has signed too many movies and is virtually doing three films at a time. He has signed enough movies and working round the clock and we should be seeing him in some more movies in quick succession in the coming months. He recently completed shooting for a cameo in Director R. Parthiepan's KTVI.

His Mellisai's shoot with NKPK's Gayathri is nearing completion. It will be his next release. He recently started shooting for Director Seenu Ramasamy's Idam Porul Eval in Kodai. One schedule is complete and next schedule will start in Chennai soon. Attakathi Nandita is paired opposite him in this film.

Vijay Sethupathi also has UTV's Purampokku with Director SP Jananathan. He is yet to shoot for the movie. He is expected to join the shoot soon. His first look of another new movie Vasanthakumaran was also published recently.
