Thala Ajith fans are gearing up to celebrate his birthday in a big way on May 1. Lot of specials are awaiting for them both on TV and on big screen.

The actor is currently shooting in Chennai for Gautham Menon film known as Thala55 among fans.

Meanwhile, it is going to be a virtual Thala Ajith festival on Tamil television on his birthday. His Arrambam which released for Diwali will be premiering on Jaya TV on May 1. Thala Ajith's Pongal Bonanza Veeram will be premiering on Sun TV the same day!

Besides these big premieres, several channels are organizing special programs on the occasion of his birthday. On the big screen, the DI restored Amarkalam starring Ajith and his wife Shalini will re-release across Tamil Nadu. Also in a few places, his 50th movie – Mankatha will be shown as special shows.

The million dollar question being asked by his fans – What will Thala55 team do on the special day? Will it release the first look or will there be any special press release announcing the complete cast and crew for his birthday.

Many fans are hoping for something special from Thala55 – his next movie's – team on that occasion.
