Veteran filmmaker SP Jhananathan's next outing 'Purampokku' that stars Vijay Sethupathi, Arya and Shaam in lead roles.

Shaam on his glad note has unraveled some of the interesting facts about his role and the basic plot of this film saying, "I play the role of a sincere police officer, who pursued complete graduation in London and is someone, who strongly believes in the system and not getting away with executes. I am a honest cop and unique in all traits. And Arya is completely contrastive to my nature as he constantly breaks the law. Vijay Sethupathi is the bridging element between us. We all are different in our attitudes and thoughts feeling that we're right always. The complete story follows our conflicts. We have already completed shooting the portions involving me and Arya in Bengaluru and next schedule has some to do with me and Vijay Sethupathi. Soon after these phases, we all three will be shooting together for next 44 days."
