Siddharth, Lakshmi Menon and Bobby Simhaa starred Jigarthanda has completed its censor formalities and filmmaker is hoping for the perfect release date sometime soon.

Karthik Subbaraj directed Jigarthanda is a gangster flick that was awarded U/A certificate by the censor board for the action sequences in the movie. Confirming the reports Karthik Tweeted: "#Jigarthanda is completely ready to be served,with U/A from censor board.Film may release anytime soon.Am now moving on to my next script :)".

Kathiresan's Five Star Studios produced Siddharth's Jigarthanda with be distributed by Sun Pictures. Music by Santosh Narayanan, cinematography by Gavemic U Ary and editing by Vivek Harshan.

Jigathanda makers might lock May 16th for their film, as Santhanam's Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham preponed to May 10th and Superstar Rajinikanth's Kochadaiiyaan is pushed to 23rd May.
