Director Parthepan, who has been keeping the plot of his next film Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam close to his heart by claiming that his film has no story, has thrown an interesting challenge.

“I will pay ` one crore to anyone who, after watching the first half of my film, says what will happen in the second. I am confident about this challenge because only if I say something in the first half will you be able to come to a decision on what happens in the second. I don’t give away anything in the first half,” says the actor-director.
If his film has no story, will he be able to make it retain the interest of the audience? “Absolutely. The film will be interesting right from the word go,” he says, flashing a smile.

The film, which has four songs, five music directors —Thaman, Vijay Antony, Alphonse Joseph, Sathya and Sharreth — and six newcomers and six celebrities as its cast, has for long had movie buffs and industry insiders wondering about the plot.
