In 2012, Vijay Sethupathi had acted in a Kannada movie titled Akhaada. That movie is getting dubbed in Tamil as Edakku and yesterday, first look posters were released.

The movie stars Vasanth and Nayana as the lead pair. Popular character actor Avinash has also acted in the movie.

The movie which was lying in the cans has now got a new lease of life as the producers are eyeing the Tamil market, after Vijay Sethupathi became hot property here.

The movie is directed by newcomer S. Shivan. It is a joint production of N.Vasanth’s Triangle Films and AAK Cinemas. The movie is said to be romantic action entertainer.
