Rajnikanth always prefers shooting for films in Hyderabad city. Presently Rajni is busy shooting for the film Lingaa in Hyderabad.

The latest we hear is that this film has moved to the Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad from the famous studio, RFC, that is situated in ourskirts of the city.. The film is being shot in Hyderabad for over a month. First the film was shot at Ramoji Film City for many days where the special sets were erected.

Sources from the unit informed us that many key scenes will be shot at Annapurna Studios. A massive set has been constructed for the same. A R Rahman has composed the music for Lingaa. Rajnikanth has been paired with Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka in this film. K S Ravi Kumar is directing this film, which is produced by Rockline Venkatesh.
