Director Vasanthabalan's Kaavauya Thalaivan audio album composed by AR Rahman released today [Aug 18]. Vasanthabalan, Siddharth, Anaika, AR Rahman and team have launched the KT music live on Suryan FM this morning.

Oscar winner AR Rahman himself confirmed the reports in his micro-blogging page. "For the first time I will be live on Suryan FM 93.5 to launch #KaaviyaThalaivan music on 18th Aug 9-11 AM across TN Tune in to hear me live!", he tweeted.

Sashikanth's YNOT Studios and Varun Manian's Radiance Media produced Kaaviya Thalaivan songs are topping the charts and iTunes list, apparently receiving rave reviews from listeners.

Siddharth, Vedhika, Pruthviraj, Anaika, Nasser, Manobala and others are part of Kaaviyathalaivan cast. KT is said to be a period film based on stage drama artists.
