Actor Vishal who has recently turned producer has now set up a new audio company and named it 'Vishal Sound Factory'.

His upcoming production venture Poojai will be the first music album to be marketed by his music company.

Vishal's Poojai will be a Yuvan Shankar Raja musical and the composer is said to have rendered some peppy melodies for the movie including a fast beat song shot on Vishal and Andrea Jeremiah.

Hari is directing this action entertainer with commercial elements, Poojai featuring Shruthi Haasan and Vishal in the lead roles. Presently, Poojai team is shooting in Hyderabad and are soon expected to fly to Switzerland for a song shoot, while the last song will be shot in a set erected in Chennai.

Vishal Film Factory producing Poojai audio launches by the end of September and the film will be a Diwali release.
