A bomb threat to Thala Ajith's house on ECR in Chennai had the bomb squad in a tizzy. A bomb threat from an unknown number was reported to the police control room by Ajith's staff.

The police force along with the bomb squad rushed to the spot. But it turned out to be a hoax call. The police did not want to take any chances, since every threat to a celebrity has to be taken seriously.

Meanwhile, it was business as usual for Ajith, who is busy with Gautham Menon's untitled film. His office did not also issue any official press release. Police believe it is just another call by a prankster.
