Kollywood is seeing huge set of eight releases a week before Dasara. Tamil films including noted films Aranmanai, Aadama Jaichomada, Aal and Retta Vaalu hitting screens in Tamil Nadu on September 19.

Sundar C's Aranmanai is a horror thriller laced with humour. Hansika, Raai Lakshmi, Andrea, Santhanam, Vinay Rai, Nithin Sathya are part of Aranmanai. Produced by D Dinesh of Vision I Media, Aranmanai is distributed by Udhayanidhi Stalin on Red Giant Movies.

Comedy film 'Aadama Jaichomada' is directed by Badri of Thillu Mullu featuring Bobby Simha and Karunakaran, who received overwhelming response for their performances in Jigarthanda. Actor Shiva has penned dialogues.

Vidharth and Hardhika Shetty starred Aal is the remake of Hindi movie Aamir. Aanand Krishna has directed the movie in the picturesque locations that were never seen in Tamil films under Shoundaryan pictures production.

Akhil's Retta Velu, Maindhan and Tamilselvanum 50KM Kalaiselviyum are among the other films releasing today.
