Kaththi Opens with Positive Review [Live Review]
Well, like their previous venture, the latest flick too is an action thriller, which has Samantha in the female lead role and Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh in the villain character.
In the technical team, we have Anirudh Ravichander handling the music department, George Williams taking responsibility of cinematography and Sreekar Prasad doing the editing works. However, the songs of the film already won the hearts of the audience and people are now looking forward to see how they have been picturised .
"Kaththi" reviews from the international audience were supposed to be out late night on Tuesday and our audience here was keen to hear the response. Unfortunately, the premiere shows were cancelled. Nonetheless, the delay has not mattered much because the film is having early morning shows in Tamil Nadu.
His character of Kathiresan seems to have impressed them. More importantly, they feel that "Kaththi" is coming up with a good message. Find below what the people, who have watched the film, have to say about the flick on Twitter.

#Kaththi can be watched for Vijay's performance, Hot Samantha, Good fight Sequence, decent 2nd half, Anirudh BGM, 2 songs, unique storyline. Second half is better than first half. Vijay has seriously given his best till now. Kudos for taking agriculture as a main plot. #Kaththi
Vijay's addressing scene with the media is indirectly targeting the multi millionaires and businessman. Good one. #Kaththi
Second half: once again director losing the main plot here and there. Why Satish for comedy? Irritating. #Kaththi
#Kaththi overall 3.5/5. Movie is decent with good social message. Vijay at his best.
Movie starts with a twist. First song #pakkamvanthu. Awesome choreography. Interestingly both swapping now. Unique title card.
Deals with a social cause..low on entertainment...has its moments here n there..big plus is Vijay stands out..can be watched once #Kaththi
Fantastic performance by Vijay in the media addressing scene...takes a dig at Vijay Mallaya and other multinationals #Kaththi
Twist revelation scene to Neil Nitin Mukesh is brilliantly done #Kaththi
Irony is director used witty logics in fight sequences but went impractical and illogical with the main theme #Kaththi
Coin fight in the second half is ultimate !! #Kaththi
Interesting prison escape scene...witty Murugudoss style #Kaththi
Vijay nailed pre interval fight....little low on entertainment...passable first half #Kaththi
#kaththi verdict- kaththi is sharper, could have been sharpest.. First half drags a bit, second half compensates
#kaththi second half is ultimate.. First is k because of masala additions... Overall- honest, sincere movie wit a message to think about
#Kaththi @ARMurugadoss saved the film with good 2nd half.Movie hit.Good social message.Dual role not needed.Vijay rocks.

#Kaththi : Sathish ( Ravi ) - Vijay's Friend has done both equally good
( Comedy & Sentiment ) .. Very good character role !
#Kaththi : Samantha Doesnt have a big role .. but those love portions n d first half was too romantic along with Vijay anna !
#Kaththi : The Dialogues - Oooo my Goodness , Take a bow sir @ARMurugadoss ..
#Kaththi Second Half : Concentrates only on the Plot .. Sheer Brilliance from Vijay and ARM sir .. Totally Nailed it !
#Kaththi First Half : The Commerical elements might drag a bit . But after that totally meresal sentimental touch .. Vera Level 8-)
Just finished watching #Kaththi. Great movie, not as racy or entertaining as #Thuppaki. But will definitely leave with a positive outlook...
#Kaththi Interval: Begins as a bore but turns well later. #Vijay in the dual role scores big! Top notch BGM and cinematography.
#Kaththi: The fight scenes are 'andhar mass' coming with @anirudhofficial's BGM. Loved @ARMurugadoss' cameo, the theatre was in splits.
The ending card in #kaththi , will be one of the reasons for the movie to become a blockbuster in B and C centers.
#kaththi - Pre-climax Thalapathy speech was as good as Vikram's speech in Anniyan & Vijayakanth's speech in Ramana
