For the second time Vijay has joined hands with A R Murugadoss in a film titled Kaththi. Vijay is donning dual roles in this film. All the controversies and protests that shrouded this film have now vanished to a thin air.

Vijay- Murugadoss who were tensed because of these problems is now relaxingly participating in the final schedule shooting of the film. Last week, the Selfie Pulla song sequences were shot successfully. Talkie portions remaining to be shot were also completed.

The Telugu rights of ‘Kaththi’ have been acquired by, Tagore Madhu, and it was reported that he will be releasing the movie after Diwali. But he has confirmed that he will be bringing the Telugu version along with the worldwide release of Tamil version.

Kaththi is planning for a simultaneous release in Tamil and Telugu on Diwali day. Kaththi’s Telugu audio launch is most likely to happen in Hyderabad on Oct 12. Anirudh’s music album is already doing well in Tamil.

Remember Murugadoss is very popular in Telugu as his movie Suriya’s Ghajini was dubbed and did well at the box office. He also directed Stalin a straight Telugu movie with Megastar Chiranjeevi, which also became a hit.

Now the post production works are going in rapid pace. Music mixing is taking place day and night since Deepavali is approaching. The audio CD of the film was released recently and an action oriented trailer is to be released before the release of Kaththi.

‘Kaththi’ is the second outing for A.R. Murugadoss with Ilayathalapathi, and Samantha will be romancing Vijay for the first time. The teaser has received a positive response, and A.R.M is looking for a right time to air the theatrical trailer. Lyca productions has bankrolled this film, and looking to release in record number of cinema halls all over the world.
