Update:

Today, the revising committee have watched Poojai for re-censor and the official sources say that the film will be released with U/A certification and there is no change from the earlier censor process.

Vishal's Poojai has completed its censor formalities on last Saturday and the film's unit has re-presented the movie for the revising committee now.

Acted and produced by Vishal, Hari directed Poojai has been censored with an U/A certificate earlier. Viewers have to wait a little to know if revising committee accepts to give clean chit after recommended cuts, so it will get the government tax exemption.

None other than Vishal has confirmed the reports in his official Twitter page.

Shruti Haasan has paired opposite Vishal in Poojai, Sathyaraj and Radhika Sarath Kumar will be seen in pivotal roles in the movie. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music.
