Vishal had donned the lead role in a film titled Madha Gaja Raja. This film was directed by Sundar C. Vishal had donned three kinds of getups in the film. Anjali and Varalakshmi had paired with Vishal.

This film could not be released due to various reasons. So Vishal himself tried to release the film but due heavy pressure, he was admitted in the hospital because of tension. The film is still lying in cold storage.

After this, Sundar C had directed the film Aranmanai. Similarly Vishal had also acted in the films Naan Sigappu Manithan and Poojai. At this juncture, Sundar C and Vishal have joined hands in the film titled Aambala. Hansika is pairing with Vishal in this film. It is understood that Sundar C likes his film Madha Gaja Raja. He had made this film a very good entertainer. Now there is news that Aambala will have the same storyline of Madha Gaja Raja.
