Dhanush has officially confirmed his Anegan release date, putting a stop to all the speculations making rounds.

There were some news spreading around that the upcoming Dhanush film 'Anegan' release postponed to February 20 to its original release date of February 13. Dhanush stops these speculation by confirming the release date of Anegan in his twitter handle.

"#Anegan releases on FEB 13th .Will b my biggest ever Tamil release.400 screens in TN alone,1000 + screens excluding Hindi version.god bless", he tweeted.

A tweet sent out on Twitter by Archana Kalpathi earlier in the day too stands for the fact that the movie is releasing on February 13.

KV Anand directed Anegan builds up huge craze also among Telugu film buffs with Dhanush's recently released 'Raghuvaran B.Tech' grabbing attention of many and been declared as the first Telugu hit of 2015.

Titled as Anekudu, Tollywood producers are vying to grab Anegan Telugu distribution rights. It is to be seen who owns the rights and viewers have to wait a little to know whether the Telugu version releases simultaneously on February 13th.
