Actor Vijay has thanked SJ Surya for giving away the title Puli that he has registered for his movie.
Remember S J Surya wanted to do a movie titled Puli and registered the title on behalf of his production house.

However when Vijay wanted the same title for his movie with director Chimbudevan, SJ Surya gave it up. Hence Vijay has thanked Surya for his gesture.

The movie will see Sridevi playing Hansika Motwani’s mother. It also stars Shruti Haasan and Sudeep. The film is being produced by Shibu Thameens and PT. Selvakumar.

Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in to compose the tunes for the movie.
