This film is being produced at a cost of Rs 100 Crores. Important scenes pertaining Vijay and Thambi Ramaiah have been shot. Cast and crew of Puli will be leaving for Kerala for the next schedule shooting.
Die hard fans and film-goers alike are all awaiting the release of Ilayathalapathi's next film 'Puli'. Early reports said that the movie will be gearing up for a release in July, and the audio will release in May.
It is expected that the shooting will commence in Kerala on 21st February and will take place there for 20 days. It has been mentioned that the shooting of the film will come to an end. After this the post-production works will be begin. Sources say that the film will release during the month of July.
Veteran actress Sridevi, Kannada star Sudeep, Thambi Ramaiah are donning important roles. Vijay will reportedly be doing a dual role in "Puli" and buzz is that the actor will be playing a commander and a dwarf, but there is no official confirmation in this regard. Sridevi plays a queen and Hansika Motwani appears as a princess, whereas Sudeep will also be reportedly seen in the role of a commander.
