Following the grand success of ‘Yennai Arindhaal’, Gautham Vasudev Menon resumed shooting for his long pending film ‘Accham Enbathu Madamaiyada’ starring Silambarasan and Pallavi Subash in lead roles.

Acham Enbathu Madamaiyada is in high expectation from the fans because of the hit combo of Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya – (Gautham Menon, AR Rahman & Simbu).

Already 40 days shoot has been completed, Gautham Menon is planning to finish the project by this summer. After this, Gautham will kickstart his project with Vikram, which is said to be .

The film has musical score by AR Rahman and the major talkie portion of this film has been completed. The latest news that except the songs, almost all the talkie portions are completed, say around 95%.

The film would be much on the lines of ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya’, but with some action and thriller elements into it. A major portion of this film is shot in Chennai at night backdrops.
