Kamal proves it again that he is good at native slags and dialects. It is refreshing to see Kamal in a village based family role after a long gap... after Virumaandi in 2004, as his previous films were all based on city based subjects or Hi-fi, thiriller or action genre.

Within 2 hours of the release the movie started trending in India on Twitter. Kamal fans were double delighted as Uttama Villain releasing tomorrow and Papanasam Trailer released now and created more positive vibes.

It is also expected to be attached to "Uttama Villain" so that the audience, who visit theatres to watch the Ramesh Aravind directorial movie, could get a glimpse of Kamal's next film.
