Selvaraghavan to start Simbu-Trisha-Taapsee film from May
Director Selvaraghavan is all set to kick start his next project next month after a small hiatus.
As KollyInsider earlier said, Selvaraghavan is making a strong comeback with his besties Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematographer Aravind Krishna, who had worked with the director in superhit films like Kaadhal Kondein, 7G Rainbow Colony, Pudhupettai and Kadhal Kondein.
Simbu plays the lead role in this untitled Selvaraghavan directorial and romances Trisha and Taapsee. This will be Simbu and Trisha’s third film after Alai and Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya. On the other hand Trisha has worked with Selva in his Telugu film Aadavaari Maatalaku Ardhaalae Verule, which was the original of Yaaradi Nee Mohini.
Telugu hero Jagapathy Babu will be playing a key role in the movie. Sources also reveal that veteran cinematographer and National Award winning cinematographer Madhu Ambat may be roped in as the DoP. This project will be funded by Radiance Media.
Makers have planned for a photo-shoot with all the four main leads on Tuesday [April 28]. Shooting will start in the first week of May in Chennai.
