Arulnidhi's upcoming horror flick 'De Monte Colony' has cleared its censor formalities with U/A certificate from the board.

It is expected the movie will get a U/A certificate being a horror genre.

Directed by D Ajay Gnanamuthu, De Monte Colony is based on a real story that had taken place in the De Monte Colony Alwarpet, Chennai, which was deserted to be haunted place and lying uninhabited for around two centuries.

Ajay Gnanamuthu, the former assistant of AR Murgadoss aims to create his own space in the industry with his debut venture.

Sri Thenandal Films presenting 'De Monte Colony' enjoys music composed by popular Guitarist Keba Jeremiah. Santhosh Sivan's assistant Aravind Singh cranks the camera. Bhuvan Srinivasan takes care of editing.

Demonte Colony audio will be launched in 15th May 2015. With the release date set for 22nd May 2015, this horror movie will be released through Thenandal Films and Mohana Movies.
