The Simbu-Selvaraghavan project was in the danger of being further delayed after Trisha walked out of the project on the eve of the day shooting was to begin.
Trustworthy sources say that the actress had to opt out of the project citing date issues. Now adding to the buzz, the shoot of this untitled project is getting started by the 13th of May in Chennai.
But happily for the duo Catherine Tresa of ‘Madras’ fame readily agreed when approached and allotted bulk dates facilitating an immediate start for the project.
The romantic thriller which is yet untitled has Tapsee as the other heroine and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Camera by Arvind Krishna. Sources also confirm, that the Selva film is said to have a very unique script and that Yuvan will start working on the tunes from later this week.
Best part about this project is the coming together of the Pudhupettai pillairs - Selva, Yuvan and cameraman Arvind Krishna, the trio is really excited and happy about their reunion. This is great news for the film lovers as it the unification of the three best technicians who made a cult with Dhanush back in 2006.
This news comes as a huge relief for Simbu and Selvaraghavan fans and Catherine Tresa will surely be trending high.
