Karthi’s career graph wasn’t really a great means of success and he made a bouncing comeback with the film ‘Madras’, which was directed by Attakathi fame Ranjith and produced by Studio Green.

Off the late, Karthi made his next movie ‘Komban’ directed by Muthaiah of Kutti Puli, again produced by the same producer. The film was released on April 2 and had many political issues while hitting screens and made a stunning breakthrough.

The film starred Lakshmi Menon in female lead with Raj Kiran and Kovai Sarala appearing in important characters. Now the film has successfully completed 50 days. Right now, Karthi is busy shooting for his next titled ‘Kashmora’, a film based on the genre of horror-thriller and adventure.

Nayantara and Sri Divya are playing the female lead roles with Vivek performing the role of Karthi’s father. Santosh Narayan has started working on the songs for this film. Karthi will be simultaneously shooting for his other bilingual film produced by PVP Cinemas that also features Nagarjuna and Tamannaah alongside him in lead roles.
