Director Bala, who had to wrap up the shooting of Thaarai Thappattai mid-way due to an injury suffered by hero, Sasikumar, is all ready to recommence the shooting.

The crew had been shooting in Thanjavur, canning stunt sequences between Sasikumar and the antagonist in the film when Sasikumar fractured his left arm.

Sources say that this schedule is planned out in Hyderabad and the entire Thaarai Thappattai team will be assembling in the city very soon. Later the shoot will take place in Goa and Thanjavur. The film is expected to be wrapped up in a single schedule.

Based on the folk dance, Karagaatam, Thaarai Thappattai stars Sasi Kumar and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar in the lead roles. Maestro Ilaayraja is composing music for this film.
