Vijay fans not happy with ‘Theri’ in Kerala
Ilayathalapathy Vijay has a huge fan following base in Kerala and even his mediocre movies run house packed with more shows there.

Who can believe that even his Sura went houseful for 25 days with repeat audiences visiting the theatres often? And now, there seems to be a little disappointment among the fans and it is all about the title of upcoming film 'Theri', which was unveiled last evening.

While Ilayathalapathy Vijay were celebrating the moment all over the world, it was a sort of dashing down hopes for Kerala fans, as the word 'Theri' in Malayalam actually has an abusive meaning as it signifies a cuss word.

Theri is directed by Atlee and is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, which is reportedly featuring Vijay as a cop with some significant surprises revolving around his character.

Samantha and Amy Jackson are the heroines with Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai fame Priya and Sunaina appearing in important characters.
