But KB sir wasn’t interested to come in front of the camera when Kamal wanted then.But now the veteran director has started acting and has completed two films ‘Muriyadi’ and ‘Rettai Suzhi’ with the newer generation directors. This has prompted Kamal to renew his request once again to his guru and it seems the director has yielded to his most talented pupil and agreed to act in the film. Surprises don’t end here. Gouthami who involved herself in the making of all the Kaml films in various capacities from ‘Virumandi’ onwards will direct K Balachandar in the new film. Shruthi Haasan who debuted in ‘Unnaipol Oruvan’ as the music director will strike the chords for this movie also. And also one of Kamal’s favaourite actor Madhavan will do a central role in the film.
