When Sarath Kumar’s ‘Vidiyal’ set in backdrops two different periods of time featuring him in dual roles, Ajmal’s ‘Karuppampatti’ is expected to be a probability of a specified outcome. Uh-huh! The film delineates Ajmal in dual roles as a person from ‘Karuppampatti’ in 1970s and a modern day youngster in Paris. This film is produced by Sundar Pictures and is directed by Prabhu Raja Chozhan.
Says Ajmal: ‘Major portions of this film will be shot in Paris and will be completed within short span of time. Couple of heroines will be pairing with me and they’re yet to be finalized…’
Meanwhile, Sarath Kumar’s ‘Vidiyal’ is reported to be set in two different backdrops of pre-independence era and present-age. Sneha has signed for this film starring opposite Sarath Kumar while details about other actress will be revealed shortly.
