Namitha, the glam doll of South Cinema is now eying on a very new project. But this is not a film, but construction business. The actress has build a secret paradise in the busines in Amby Valley City near Mumbai along with her friend – partner Mr Barath Kapoor.

Here, this diva builds state of art botique villas, range from 3 to 18 crores budget under the banner Balaji Developers.

Currently her team is joining hands with ‘Nooreni Jumani’, one of the top designers in Mumbai city, for creating more elegant and novel designs for the proposed villas.

Namitha, the young beauty has been launched this project on the very special Women’s Day and is all set to rock the off screen world of beautiful homes, even in Chennai!
