A.R. Rahman at the Hollywood Bowl


As you are reading this news the twin time Oscar Award winning music composer A.R. Rahman will be performing at the Hollywood Bowl and keeping him company will be the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra.
The August guests and fans will get to listen to a mix of his compositions from the Academy Award winning tracks from Danny Boyle's 'Slumdog Millionaire', '127 Hours' and some selected favorites of the musical legend's Bollywood compositions.
This event is a part of the KCRW's World Festival Series. Karsh Kale will be opening the night's musical score and Matt Dunkley will conduct the orchestra.
The most popular musician of India has teamed up with the Super Heavy troupe which has the likes of Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart, Damian "Junior Gong" Marley and Joss Stone, with each one being a master of his own art. This team is touted to bring out their first debut work together sometime during mid-September.
He has also planned for musical tours throughout different locations in the homeland as well as internationally, the details of which will be out soon.
