Porkalam director Bandi Saroj Kumar’s Facebook Status has made Ajith fans happy. He has gone ga-ga over Thala.

Saroj Kumar`s Facebook status read:

“If anyone criticizes actor Vijay, I just don`t accept it. But if anybody dares to criticize “Thala” AjithKumar, I offend them, I oppose them, I can go to any extent because Ajith is a man. A man of honesty, a man with simplicity, a man with guts, a man with responsibility, a man who came up on his own belief and hard work.”

The director elaborates: “Ajith is a star who made his own unique place in the hearts of Tamil audience. So stop the nonsense, he stands as an idol for all aspiring actors. He is not a great actor, not a great dancer, almost had negligible mass hits but still he stands in a place after Superstar, that is Ajith Kumar.
Saroj Kumar justifies it by saying: “Unless you are in this film industry you can't analyse his greatness. I witnessed his glory being the closest spectator”.
